Orders for in-stock items are typically fulfilled (packaged, labeled, and sent to postal collection) within 2-5 business days. This time may be extended during periods of which there is a high volume of packages or when Chirofish is traveling for in-person events and conventions. 

Pre-order items will NOT ship immediately; they will ship during the given estimated ship time. You can track the production status of various preorder items on the PREORDER STATUS page. If you place an order that contains both preorder items and in-stock items, the items may ship either separately or all together depending on the destination address of the recipient (please see the PREORDER STATUS page for more details).
