Returns/Exchanges
We are not accepting returns unless the item has arrived damaged or defective at this time, but can accommodate exchanges!
We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt/order number, or proof of purchase. The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges needed to conduct the exchange.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, items are missing, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Cancellations
Please send an email to hello@chiro.fish and include your order number if you need to request a cancellation. Please note that cancellations are not able to be issued for pre-order items after the uncapped cutoff date. Once an item has shipped, it cannot be cancelled anymore.
